This patient came to Dr. Hasson three years ago with the hopes of achieving as much coverage as possible in one session. 4634 grafts were transplanted in one session for the result seen below. Dr. Hasson concentrated establishing a mature hairline that would continue to be age appropriate as the patient continues to age. He then spread the remaining grafts through the top of the scalp with a light sprinkling of grafts in the crown area for light but effective coverage.
