The Recovery Begins...

Day 2 Post-Op

Alright, it's February 1, 2003 and I'm shown here at 2 days post-op. If you remember my first HT with Dr. Wong you know that after the staples were removed I went ahead and buzzed my head.

Well, this time, I decided, "Why wait?" I buzzed it myself with my beard & mustache trimmer. Ok, so I'm not a barber because I obviously missed some spots. I cleaned it up later.

Day 4 Post-Op

So far, so good. I'm really happy with the healing so far. Pic 1 and 2 really show the temple work. I'm excited about the final outcome.

Day 6 Post-Op

I can't get over the crown work. It won't be thick or dense in any way but I've not had hair in this spot for quite some time.

Here I am at 6 days post-op and I have already shed the scabs. They shed the day before which makes it one day earlier than my previous HT with Dr. Wong.

Day 16 Post-Op

These shots show two things. The degree of temple work that was done and hopefully a foreshadowing of what I can expect and they also show that I fixed my sloppy ghetto buzz.

One Month Post-Op

Well, things are looking good. The healing is coming along nicely. I think at this point I'm noticing the temporary loss of the new grafts. It's just another phase toward more hair!!
